about me
I’ve been running for as long as I can remember. I had my first taste of victory when I beat all the boys (and girls) at a school run. Since then, I’ve won a few races and set many PRs, but the one thing I’ve never been able to beat is Raynaud’s.
But I have learned to manage my symptoms well enough to run outdoors year-round. I hope the information I provide in this blog will help other runners and outdoor enthusiasts manage Raynaud’s symptoms so they can continue to enjoy being outdoors, too.
In addition to being a runner, I’m a wife, mother of three, dog mom, and a writer/editor. I recently moved to South Carolina from Washington State and enjoy exploring my new hometown, going to concerts, spending time with friends and family, and (of course!) running.
